Automated Proctoring with ClassMarkerMonitor
ClassMarker can monitor your Test takers while taking their tests.
ClassMarker proctoring is included free with all upgraded accounts.

ClassMarkerMonitor will detect and record if a Test taker leaves the test page, or changes to another TAB.

You can turn ClassMarkerMonitor On or Off for each test as required to proctor your online exams.

ClassMarkerMonitor is supported across Desktops, Tablets and Mobiles.

No software installation is required.

Go to your Tests page.

Select the Test you wish to Proctor and select 'Settings'.

Scroll to the bottom of the settings page, and turn on ClassMarkerMonitor "Browser monitoring".

Now when your Exam is taken, ClassMarker will proctor the users actions during the exam to deter cheating. Test takers will be notified if they leave the exam.
You can review any events that were captured on each Test takers results page.
ClassMarkerMonitor usage recommendations

Do not turn on Monitoring for open book exams or practice exams where Test takers are allow to research answers.

Do not add links to external websites or assets, which will cause a "Left Test" event.
When reviewing results, an orange flag will appear next to the names of Test takers who we recommend you review their captured events.
Q: How can I check if ClassMarkerMonitor was turned "On" when a Test was taken.
A: If ClassMarkerMonitor was turned "On" when a person took their exam, their results page will always display the ClassMarkerMonitor logo and show "0" or the number of events that were captured during the exam (as shown above).
